Finding Your Fountain of Life Workbook
by
Walter Young
Aches, pains. Swift cognitive and physical decline. A sense that life is passing by unnoticed. These are common anxieties as one gets older, and some even hold them as unavoidable truths. It’s a fact that no one is getting any younger, but vitality of body and mind and joyful relationships with the self and others need not fade with age—with mindful presence and the willingness to change, fulfillment and freedom can grow with your years. In this follow-up to Walter Young’s Finding Your Fountain of Life, you’ll find easy-to-follow, day-to-day and week-to-week steps to enriching your life, from simple habit changes like daily writing, accessible exercise, and food-buying alterations to reflections on goals and the people with whom we surround ourselves. Whether you’ve read the original text or are brand new to the Fountain of Life, the Finding Your Fountain of Life Workbook offers pathways to practical, joyful change not found in the trenches of stringent, extreme nutrition and fitness fads.
Walter Young, author, fitness trainer, and wellness expert, has had a varied career. Once a hairdresser, dancer, and actor, he eventually came to bodybuilding after battles with alcoholism and quitting smoking. Following Covid lockdowns, he developed a love for outdoor athletics and now finds himself a competing triathlete. These experiences, all valuable, led to the spiritual, physical, and philosophical lessons that inform Walter’s coaching and his books, Finding Your Fountain of Life and now its companion workbook. Walter lives in Toronto with his husband Martin and their two cats.
