What would you do if you were suddenly stricken with some sort of disease that left you a paraplegic? How would you cope if your condition could even kill you? This is what happened to me. But I am still here. This story details my struggles as I fought against the limitations imposed on me by my condition, the factors that set me back, as well as what I've learned from the whole eerie experience. Determination and perseverance can help you, too. You must never give up completely on anything you set out to do. How do you respond when you see a handicapped person? We must always offer help whenever we can. One day that person might be you.
