Nigeria A Lie?
Volume One
by Victor Osadebamwen Amadin

Nigeria A Lie? Historical Perspective is a subtle yet powerful reflection on Nigeria’s formation, colonial foundations, and evolving national identity. Through thoughtful analysis and scholarly insight, the book examines the complex forces that shaped the Nigerian state while challenging readers to reconsider long-standing assumptions about unity, governance, leadership, and institutional development. Written for scholars, policy thinkers, students, and globally minded readers, this work blends history, political analysis, and cultural reflection to explore themes of resilience, diversity, and nation-building in a changing world. Rather than presenting loud political rhetoric, the book offers a calm, intellectual, and thought-provoking perspective that encourages a deeper understanding of Nigeria’s past, present, and future within the broader global landscape. Timeless, reflective, and internationally relevant, Nigeria A Lie? Historical Perspective is more than a history book—it is an invitation to engage critically with the foundations of one of Africa’s most influential nations and the enduring questions surrounding identity, statehood, and collective progress.
