Wendalyn von Meyenfeldt is longtime expressive movement instructor in the field of eurythmy. Eurythmy, practiced in many Waldorf Schools worldwide, is a creative movement art that expresses the sounds of language and music through gesture and dance. Wendalyn has taught children's classes and in adult trainings for many years. The delight and playfulness of her students, and her own love of language and stories have inspired the movement scripts in this volume. Wendalyn lives on a beautiful island off the west coast of Canada. The tall cedars, watchful deer and salty seas have also been an inspiration for writing. Wendalyn is the author of Poems and Rhymes for Circle Times with Children (FriesenPress) and Dancing Stories for Movement and Circle Time with Young Children (WECAN Publications). Her stories, poems and plays are all invitations to "get you moving"!
